Permanent magnet synchronous external rotor explosion proof fan complies with GB3836.1-2010 Explosive atmospheres-Part 1: Equipment - General requirements and GB 3836.2-2010 Electrical apparatus forexplosive gas atmospheres-Part 2: Flameproof enclosure "d". With sensorless vector control, it has the advantages of soft start, stepless speed change, energy saving, low noise and so on. It has protection functions such as locked rotor, motor phase loss, over-current, over-voltage, under voltage and over temperature.
Application:
General power equipment in places containing explosive mixtures of Class II Grade C TT1~T4 flammable gases or vapors and air.

2. What is the delivery time?
Sample lead time:3-5 days
Mass production lead time: 2 - 4 weeks(depending on the quantity)
Delivery Ways: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air freight, Sea freight, Railway Freight, etc.
3. Do you accept OEM? Can we print our own logo?
Yes! We accept OEM services and logo printing, welcome! please tell us your design and requirement.
Also we can help you to make some relevant certifications like RoHS, CE, UL.
4. What can I do if I can not find the suitable fan model in the fan list?

5. What about your quality control?
1) Our production procedure follows ISO9001:2015.
2) Import high-quality bearings abroad, such as Japan, that will ensure the working life.
3) All of our projects will be tested more than 1 year in such an environment: temperature is 60°C, voltage is more than 20%( such as: 24V, the testing voltage is 28V), and the power restarts every 2 minutes.
4) All of our fans can work more than 50000 hours in normal condition with ball bearing, and 25000 hours with sleeve bearing.
5) All of our fans will be tested at least twice when producing and before shipping, like voltage\current\speed\noise\wave form\air flow and others, and also 5-10% will be on random inspection.
